Waiver Form

Sauna Society prohibits alcohol consumption and nudity. We “the operators” have the authority to deny entry to individuals who are deemed intoxicated.

When using the sauna, individuals assume full responsibility for any risks involved. If you have any concerns about using the sauna due to medical conditions, underlying health issues, the use of prescription medication, or pregnancy, it is crucial to consult your doctor before making a reservation.

Sauna etiquette must be followed at all times. This includes;

  • Washing feet clean of sand with our designated shower nozzle before entering the sauna
  • Bringing a towel and sitting on it throughout.
  • Staying in the sauna for no longer than 20 min at a time (we recommend 10-15 min periods)
  • Water must be poured onto the sauna stove in a civilised manner using the bucket provided.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your session(s) for briefing whilst being changed and ready for your designated time slot.

Using the sea as a “cold plunge” is done at your own risk. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are a competent swimmer and can withstand the cold temperatures and varying conditions of the sea.

Individuals under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult to use the sauna.

The sauna is not accessible to individuals under 16 years old.

If you are making a booking for a group, it is your responsibility to inform all participants about the terms and conditions and promote safe sauna practices, as well as provide them with relevant information and what to bring.

Sauna Society retains the right to refuse entry to any individual if there are concerns related to health and safety. No refunds will be provided to those denied admission.

Please complete the form below. By completing the form you are agreeing to the terms of this waiver.
