Monday to Friday – 07:00 – 11:00 & 16:00 – 21:00
Saturday & Sunday: 07:00 – 18:00
For Communal bookings we only take up to 6 people per booking to make sure everyone comfortably has enough room.
If you book for a private one-hour slot you can have up to 8 people at any one time.
If you would like to book for more than 8 people, please email us: hello@saunasociety.co.uk detailing the date and time of your booking and how many people you wish to add.
We recommend arriving in swimwear without metal fastening, these and jewellery will get hot, make sure to remove before entering.
You will need one towel to sit on during your session. We also recommending bringing a second clean towel for drying yourself afterwards.
