If successful with our planning application , Sauna Society will be expanding to St. Helier with the launch of our Social Wellness Club. Designed to be a sanctuary of hot, cold, connection, and recovery — this space will be unlike anything Jersey has seen before.
What to Expect
Set in Marina Gardens — just behind AquaSplash and steps from Castle Quay and the new Horizon residential development — this is a space for those who train hard, live fully, and seek real connection. We’re not a spa — we’re a wellness community with a vibe.
We aim to be your new social ritual: no booze, no hangovers, a place to aid recovery, feel good and live better. Whether you're into cycling, lifting, running, team sports, or simply need to reset from daily life — we’ve got you.
